I read the reviews about it being small so I ordered a size 10 for my son who wears between an 8 and a 10 size pants. They fit snug enough not to fall down but were a bit looser than they should be. However, they fit well and he said they are very comfortable. They seem like they will last this swim season as well as next. Also, Thank you Dick's Sporting Goods for your excellent shipping. I ordered them late but they still arrived before his first swim meet.

My son is 7 1/2 and has never worn jammers. This was the first time an he loved them. He said he likes the way the jammers allow his legs to move freely without being weighed down( as they were with swim trunks). My son has a VERY small waist and is difficult to fit in boys pants. My son has gone from wearing swim trucks and a rash guard shirt to just this swim suit. He is 6 and I bought it a little small, based on his measurements and it fits perfectly. My son is VERY picky about clothes and seam lines, the kind of kid who wears socks inside out so he ca n't feel the seam and cuts tags out of his shirts. But he would wear this all day every day if I let him. We 've had it about a week so I do n't know about how well it will hold up but we like it so far.

Prefer Speedo for my everyday swimwear. Just like the snug fitting swim shorts over the baggy type and Speedo are best in my opinion. Speedo swim briefs are durable and do not lose their elasticity, at least in my experience. Do not have anything negative to comment on them.

Do n't trust the speedo size chart. Acording to their chart, I should 've gotten size 28 or even 26. But I got 30 and it's definitely not big. I even tried 32 and maybe should 've stuck with that. But 28, I could n't even put it on.

Bought this for my teenage son so he could hopefully swim a bit faster for his Special Olympics swim meet. It worked! He made great time on his 50 meter freestyle race. These jammers definitely create less drag. Fits well, too, although runs a bit small. If your normal size is 32 waist, you may have to go with size 34. They do have an inner drawstring. My son prefers to wear these over regular swim trunks now even when he's not really swimming laps.

I like that it hits well above the knee. I 'm 5 '' 10 and I have had jammers that hang all loose around the knees. These are nice and tight about 3- 4 inches about my knees. I ordered my usual pant size and another one that was a size above, but wound up keeping the pant size one and returning the other. They are a bit tight but I find all suits eventually loosen up.

Sizes seem to run a bit low: I am size 36 jeans, but size 36 Speedos were too tight on my thighs. Size 38 feels OK, and maybe size 40 would have been even better, but it was n't available.
