The straps work for my torso length but I could see if you have a shorter torso how they might be too long. I ’ m a DD cup, a true Halfdays Small and the small fit perfectly with great coverage( always a concern for my bigger busted gals 😆). It ’s one of those things that you only get to treat yourself with once in a blue moon lol. I ordered it in a size small( based on the recommendations) and it fits perfectly without feeling tight or constricting anywhere( for reference I am a 34B). The material for both the shorts and top would be great for hiking/running in the summer time and fits/works well under a pair of sweats for indoor activities in the winter.
