Fits great. I completely forget about the neckguard like two seconds after putting it on. I love that it doubles as a baselayer and the sleeves over the elbow pads is a fantastic feature. The price is also pretty great especially considering the other options that are out there at the moment.

The shirt was long, so I could comfortably stuff it in my my compression jill and there was no ride up at all. I am kind of stout, but very short, so I 'm not sure if getting a size small would 've been too much compression, but the fit still works. I 've never worn a shirt with a neck guard, so I had to practice putting that in the proper place. I wish the instructions were more than a small diagram. I will very likely get another one.
