I am not sure why Nike and so many other brands feel the need to put pads in sports bras now- it is frustrating to find only one or two options in their entire inventory that come without padding. [ I am currently 9 months pregnant and have been wearing this bra throughout my third trimester with ease. The adjustable straps make it accomodating for my growing body. I ’ ve been able to wear it for everyday wear and for workouts. I was surprised that it is labeled a medium support because I tend to wear high support sports bras and I felt like this was very supportive. I also usually don ’ t like padding in any sports bras but this is very light and doesn ’ t change the fit of the bra. Overall, I think this is a very versatile sports bra that can be worn for everyday wear!

The only thing I would change is for there to be more coverage in the back, I also do n't like that the straps can be removed in the back it feels like they fall off a lot. [ I 've been looking for a new sports bra for a while and I absolutely love this one! After having 6 kids my breasts definitely need more support on a regular basis and this bra provides that but is n't too tight and is extremely comfortable. I love the long band because I feel like it keeps the bra in place better. I find that because my breasts are small, most bras will ride up unless they 're made so loose that they no longer add any support. I did notice that the straps would rub against my shoulder blades at first. It was n't irritating and I did notice it less the more I wore it. If you cross the straps though you would notice it at all. Overall, this bra is comfortable enough to wear everyday, but supportive enough for working out and running.
