Damaged Package

Packaged was delivered damaged! It looks like someone opened it up, tore one side of the flaps on the top of the package and bottom area looks like someone opened it up but did not close it completely as part of the flap was sticking out of the package. The top part of the package looks like someone opened it and retaped it. Also there was no instruction booklet with the package when I opened so have no idea as to how to put it together!! Am planning to take back to the store and get a replacement.

Good Concept, But Product Doesn't Deliver

Frustrated with this product. not easy to position the chute, some broken pieces, probably can spend time trying to find a way to make it work but it has been 6 months since we had it on the rim. 2 stars might be too high.

Replaced Plastic With Metal S-hooks

This devices provides an advantage for your driveway / street hoop situation. It returns the ball past the edge of the driveway into the street. Replacing the plastic hooks with metal hooks didn't take too long. The plastic broke.

Poor design, plastic warped and was impossible to assemble. I am returning it shortly.

Poor Design

Got this product for my son always playing basketball chasing the ball when he misses. This product design is poor. It took us an hour to assemble this and it was very difficult. When we put it on the hoop it shook around a lot and instead of smoothly going through the ball return it bounced through and never went where it was supposed to. I am going to try to experiment with it a little but if it doesn't make it better I am definitely returning this.
