Washed It Once...ruined
I've been purchasing North Face jackets for my family for the last 20 years and always appreciated the quality. Unfortunately that wasn't the case with this purchase. I purchased this jacket for my son a couple weeks ago. After wearing it several times, I washed it according to the directions. It's ruined. The entire jacket has little water stains all over it. We haven't even had it for a whole month and it's ruined. So disappointed!

Great jacket however it does seem to run small. I have reached out to North Face to return the jacket for a larger size and they have been very helpful.
