Wasted My Money

I’m very disappointed with this cooler, especially considering the price. The ice melts within one day, which is not what I expected from a YETI cooler or from a product this expensive. I purchased it expecting excellent ice retention and durability, but unfortunately, it has not lived up to those expectations. On top of that, the cooler arrived scratched on the top, which was disappointing for a brand-new, premium-priced product. For the amount of money this cooler costs, I expected much better quality and performance. In my experience, the ice retention is poor and it simply isn’t worth the price. I would not purchase it again.

Look Great, For Price Should Be Better

I know it's hot here in Carolina but I use this daily for staff. Bottles are floating by the afternoon. Expected more when I got in the over $300 range.

Need More Replacement Parts

I really want to leave 5 stars. I’ve had my tundra 45 for at least 12 years. It lives in the back of my service truck and gets used and abused every single day. It has been great but recently it’s just not holding ice for more than 1 day. I finally noticed that the seal on the lid is deteriorating and not sealing anymore. I think for a cooler that’s been thru what this thing has been thru that is to be expected. What disappoints me is that they do not sell a replacement seal. I have 5 other Yeti coolers and now i don’t know if I want to keep buying them. I really hoped this thing would last a lifetime. I really don’t want to buy another 45 just to put it in the back of my service truck and beat up. I’m torn on what to do.

Need Venom

I WISH this would be available in Venom to match my KRX.

I love the cooler. It comes exactly as advertised. But the drain plug leaks no matter how tight you get it.

Don’t Order Online!

Cooler delivered today- beware…don’t order online!! Mine came with a price tag of $300, but we paid $325. It didn’t come packaged, and had clearly been used. I contacted customer service and all they could do was a 5% discount.

Bought the cooler for our trip up north and got up there only to find out the drain plug was missing and they don’t sell replacements at the store had to order online so much for buying a top of the line cooler obviously someone stole it before I bought it.

Great Product, Staff Was Awful

Upon returning my Yeti cooler, employee felt the need to display poor customer service skills, I.e. started yapping about that mouth! Not a fan.

Help With Drinks For Vacation

Did an excellent job of keeping my drinks cold on vacation. Much needed as my large family group lacked another refrigerator needed for our drinks.
