Dicks Needs To Learn How To Package Items For Delivery

Terrible packaging. Expensive cooler arrived in a cheap box that was poorly sealed with nothing to protect the cooler. It’s a gift and now I have to return. The cooler is all scuffed up and totally unacceptable. It likely Dicks poor packaging rather than Yeti that is to blame. Very disappointed.

Received item today it got here fast but the condition that it came in is awful. Box was in bad shape, the cooler had a small bit of brown paper in the box and no other packing materials to protect the cooler. Cooler has scuff marks and scratches on it. Box was poorly taped on both ends and looks like was opened at some point. There is also a security tag still on the cooler. After the price paid for this cooler, should have been packaged better. Ordered as a gift and can't give this to the reciepents in the condition it was recevied. Looks like it was already used.
