Very happy with the flavor in the meats I have cooked.

FINALLY!!.... Someone has gotten it right!.... A pellet that delivers as advertised!.... I 've been cooking in competitions on large stick fired pits my entire life. Last year, I purchased a smaller pellet grill to use for smaller family sized cooks. Since that time, I have searched high and low for a pellet that delivers as advertised, and in the process wasted several hundred dollars. Inferior products of questionable content, have flooded the market. This product is GREAT! It is consistent, burns clean& hot, and gives the smoke flavor that whole briskets are meant to have. I could n't be more pleased... I will certainly be purchasing more... GREAT JOB!

5 Juan L.
This is n't the first time I 've purchased these pellets and it wo n't be my last because the are GREAT!!!!! They burn evenly in my Traeger, plus they literally burn so clean that I do n't even need to clean the inside the grill. It's honestly pellet quality that makes the biggest difference, plus- the flavor is literally incredible- I 'm buying my second bag of Hickory Pellets today.

5 Juan L.
I smoke quite a bit on a Camp Chef and these Hickory pellets are my go- to wood pellet. They produce great smoke and flavor, and it's obvious that the quality is far above some of the bigger- name brands. Pay really close attention to pellets- some will say `` Hickory '' or `` Cherry '' or whatever, but when you really look into the contents you 'll see something like `` Hardwoods with hickory flavor ''. So you 're getting some random wood with hickory oil? No thanks. Make sure you get what you pay for and these are solid winners.

5 Juan L.
So far made brisket, jerky, ribs, and pizza with these pellets. Taste great, and smoke really easy in my Green Mountain Grills smoker. Keep it up Bear Mountain!

Additionally, the absence of additives and fillers in premium pellets ensures a cleaner burn, reducing ash production and maintenance.

When storing a 20 lb bag of pellets, it's important to keep them in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture absorption, which can affect their performance. Ensure the storage area is well-ventilated to avoid any buildup of humidity. Additionally, consider keeping the pellets off the ground, such as on a shelf or pallet, to protect them from potential water damage. Lastly, check for any signs of pests or contamination to maintain the quality of the pellets.
