The mats are a great size, they are plenty long enough and a little more narrow than a regular mat. They do have that stinky smell that lots of yoga mats have when you first get them. [ This is actually my partners mat and he really likes it. Its has really good grip and a good amount of cushion. It stays grippy with or without moisture. It does have a natural rubber smell right out of the packaging but that dissipated quickly within a few days.
