[ First off . I cut out the liner . Although I will say I left the liner in for a time, best feeling liner I have ever tried on . That being said I got ta feel free in my shorts . Best swim shorts I ’ ve ever owned . I also ran a 22: 37 5k in them around a 7: 20 pace . No liner, no briefs, and no chafe . They also dry really fast . I ’ ve got 3 pairs . Might get a few more . I ’ m 5 ’ 8 ” 155lbs: I bought size small . I wear 30x30 jeans and chinos . Best for swimming, running, looking good without a shirt on . I love the contrast on the waste band . The two tones really help make you look trim and hide the love handles .
