I like the way the inside wraps the foot similar to a glove. It ’s a bit longer than I would prefer and I thought I needed to go with a half size bigger due to width but I think I could have gone with my normal size. But even though they are on the long side I still love the shoe and find it very comfortable. I still would recommend these.

better than my 1. 0 for walking at work, only drawback is that around 9 or 10 hours when im standing it does n't have that plushness the 1. 0 has. But for walking alone I feel like it propels me toward, I dont even feel the ground resisting me. Save your race shoes and use these for training. It can get squishy which may tire your legs out which make them excellent for slow paced training runs. The lighter in weight you are the more miles you can run in them. Heavier runners may look at 10 to 15 miles max in these. A firmer heel would have made these much better.

The grip left me feeling secure, even at spots that were a little rugged or slick.
