I ’ d choose it over Vomero Plus, Nimbus, Superblast 3( which I actually returned), and would consider it even with Megablast depending on more comfort( this) or lighter and speedier( Megablast). I use the Evo SL Woven for my faster runs.

[ A big improvement over the Pro 3 comfort- wise. They fixed the laces rubbing over the the first toe joint and elasticized the sides of the tongue so it lays flat. The top of my foot went numb with the Pro 3 unless I laced it with a gap, and that is also improved. The toe box is slightly less long but just as wide for the same size. For me this was fine over a half marathon, no toe or toenail issues or blisters. I also like the all- white color-- not overly conspicuous. Great shoe.

Great arch support, though if you ’ re flat footed you shouldn ’ t wear these as it is very pronounced, the midsole is quiet, grippy, and extremely cushioned. They have a border that goes around the foot and it prevents your foot from sliding around the sandal as you walk. They run very true to size and if you ’ re in between sizes, go up one size.

These have become one of my favorite Adidas running shoes now- that means a lot because I have every Adidas performance line running shoes. I just got these last week and put in about 10 miles. I like the previous Rise 2, and this one is better in terms of comfort and shock absorption. The previous version was a bit firm but had a good energy return. I prefer Rise 3 much better as a long run and daily trainer companion.
