I suffer with foot issues, too many to list. The “ other ” companies just make their sneakers too narrow and/or no support. I always come back to three stripes. I ’ m an 8. 5 in men/ 9. 5 in women but prefer to size up( 9/10) for when these feet decide to swell up. The width on these are amazing. If you have narrow feet, they WILL fit big. I ’ m able to spread my toes and wiggle comfortably w/w. o socks. I will admit the sock entry is a bit challenging but with a little patience and some wiggle, so worth it for ME. Please keep that in mind when purchasing, the entry does not give, probably the only thing wrong with this shoe since there is no “ pull loop ” on the back. Note, I don ’ t have the best hand dexterity( right hand weak and can ’ t grab) and so that ’s why I mention and want you to be aware. Patience and wiggle! These are my third pair. Black to match everything and comfy to run errands or a light jog. Definitely my go to!

Only shoe I 've ever worn, that I can honestly say I feel like I 'm walking on clouds. My typical stance has me putting pressure on all the wrong places of my feet. I 'm usually standing in one place and shifting my weight back and forth. It has caused me foot problems. With these shoes on, I 've found myself correcting my stance equally because it caused no pain. Walking was a dream. I have sore spots on the pads of my feet and for the first time in years I did n't notice any pain. I 'm hooked. I 'm hopeful these last with the comfort. I have several shoes that are in good to new shape I ca n't wear any longer because the cushion wears out faster than the shoe.

The RS Walking Sneaker is nice looking and very comfortable. I got the B& W and thought they were white but they ’ re more of an off white. I just moved, still moving boxes around, and up and down stairs, etc. It ’s all me, no help. In addition, I do HIIT 4- 5 days a week. My lower back has been so achy and tired. [ I liked how they looked in the picture, so I was looking forward to trying them on. They were everything that I expected and more: a harmonious combination of pastel shades and suede, on the foot they look laconic and at the same time stylish, suitable for either jeans and sportswear or even a dress. I would say they are very versatile. An extra pair of colorful laces was a very nice touch. Size 9 fit perfectly in length, but they are a bit too wide for my liking, although they will be ideal for a wide foot. I wore them for a couple of weeks throughout the day and I can say that despite the fact that I have a narrow foot, they are quite comfortable and my feet do not hurt even after a whole day of wearing them. They are definitely better than many sneakers that I had before. Thanks to the protrusions on the sole, they do not slip on any surface and the inner insole is very high quality, they do not feel loose on the feet at all. The antimicrobial footbed works really well with the lightweight breathable fabric and the genuine suede inserts, so I do n't notice any odor even after a long hot day, which is a huge plus. However, any shoe needs to be washed, and these are easy to wash because the insoles are removable. I do n't think they would be great for hiking on difficult terrain, but for jogging in the park or everyday wear, they are great. To sum it up, if you have a wide foot and want a lightweight, quality, versatile shoe for jogging, walking around the city, or everyday use, these are great shoes at a fair price.

Ryka shoes are my new favorites. My first Ryka purchase was a pair of Echo Knit Slip- on Sneakers and they fit like they were made specifically for my feet. Same thing with these LX Walking Sneakers. They hug the feet with no rubbing in any unwanted spots. They are lightweight, very cushioned and have excellent arch support. I have a long narrow foot and have a difficult time finding walking/running shoes that are narrow enough for my feet but Ryka, medium width are narrower than other brands I 've tried. I 'd recommend you order the wide width if you typically wear medium width in other brands. I 'd also recommend sizing up ½ size if these will be used for walking/running. I mistakenly ordered the same size as the Echo Knit Slip- ons I had- 8. 5 medium- but for running I should have ordered a half size larger. It's too late to return them because I 've already worn them outside for a run, but they are great for just wearing around. I guess I 'll need to order a 3rd pair of my new favorite shoes!!
