I gave 4 stars because I feel like the price is a bit much for what I got but I needed something better than your average shelf insoles. I will say that my foot pain has been much less than with the factory insoles I replaced. I walk around 10k steps a day on concrete floors. I was fitted for these in a NB store in Winston- Salem, NC and immediately took them to a vacation walking around Yellowstone for a week. I thought I needed arch support more than anything, but these solved literally all the issues I had been having with my feet recently. They withstood this test and then some. The insoles are great, easy to trim and fit nicely in my New Balance sneakers. However, the COST for the insoles is as much as the shoe itself. That I found to be excessive. The insoles do not have a 'magic' formula, it is hard rubber. But I feel I paid TWICE for the shoe. One shoe without a proper fitting insole and another insole without the shoe! Next time I will consider Dr Scholl's or another brand for less than the cost of a New Balance sneaker.

I have a condition similar to Raynaud syndrome that leaves my extremities cold all the time. I 've tried wool, sherpa, cashmere all to no avail. When I came upon these I thought I would try them. They are wonderful. Easy to cut to fit shoe. Directions are a bit lacking, but one I figured it out, the insoles are easy to charge and use. I wear them all the time, indoors and out. I know some people said the high setting was too warm, but I find it the most comfortable setting. I am in love.

In ski boots, hiking boots, running shoes, etc. After trying other brands, I 've always come back to Superfeet, with the exception of Sole Performance re- corked medium insoles, but even that's a toss up. I bought the shoe as soon as I saw on the website. I have been looking for a pair of sneaker Maryjane style for a few weeks. I normally wear an 8 and many times need a wide because of wide toe span and high step. The shoes were only offered in regular width and took a chance. I received the shoes and they were perfect right from the box. I ordered the gray and surprised in one week my size is no longer available in white( and gray). I ’ m going to order the black today. They are not open mesh and can be worn 4 season with light socks.

I am a 61 year old lawyer. I bought this shoe because I have a cavovarus, it's a kind of club, foot. I bought it to wear to court. The shoe I normally wear, when I am not in court, is Vionic's Walk 23 sneaker, which feels great on my feet. This shoe also feels great on my feet. Well made nice looking sneaker. For me, they run slightly large on size. Good fit with socks but slightly large without, which is how I usually wear them. Half size smaller would have been better, but it was not a big enough issue to return them.
