I 've been using Superfeet insoles for decades. In ski boots, hiking boots, running shoes, etc. After trying other brands, I 've always come back to Superfeet, with the exception of Sole Performance re- corked medium insoles, but even that's a toss up. Once trimmed, the Superfeet feel good from the start and continue to serve me well for quite some time. I use them for walking distances, standing on my feet all day at work and light hikes. I have other versions of Superfeet, some discontinued, some not, but the winner( for me) is the Superfeet Run Cushion Medium Arch. I use them in Clark's, Adidas and Hoka trail and running shoes. Swapped into my Air Jordan 1s for extra support. Not too thick that it changes the fit/sizing of the shoe. I have very flat feet so anything with an elevated/lifted heel usually causes back pain( which is why Jordan 1s are my preferred sneaker due to flatness of the shoe) but still needed something with arch support.
