I bought this about a month ago and was skeptical because I suffer from posterior tibial tendonitis and I* must* have the proper foot support. I 've worn Dansko for 25 years and I realized that I ca n't wear them anymore, so I tried these. In general, doctors have told me not to wear open heeled shoes because of toe gripping and my condition, but these shoes seriously have the best arch support that I 've ever had. I have some excellent Aetrex shoes but these are the best. I have become a loyal fan of both these and the recovery shoes but I also have a pair of Vionic boots from 10 years ago and they are still the most supportive and comfortable pair I own.

Skyline also has a proper papped tongue, unlike Lace Up. Excellent stability at the ankles, Vionic- level arch support and a cushioned heel. Round, fabric eyes make them easy to lace and unlace, unlike Lace Up. A little bulky, and warm on foot, but not too bad. Like all my other Vionics( of which there have been many over many years!) the toe box is roomy. Love the wide fit and their arch support! The colors of this shoe really caught my eye. I had heal surgery 30 years ago and suffer from plantar fasciitis. These shoes support my feet well and keep that inflammation at bay. I am able to stand and walk, for exercise and daily activities, without any issues. This style is very lightweight, too, even lighter than the Walk 2. 0. The sole ’s heel is a bit different than the Walk 2. 0 and when walking it impacts on the heel differently. It feels a bit like rocking.

I hope XTRATUF never stops making these. I recently picked up shifts at a restaurant in my town that has stairs! As someone who is quite familiar with the hospitality industry, loves a clog( to the point of my friends making fun of me for it) and is used to the added height and comfortability of one, I needed something I could quite literally `` run '' up& down stairs in. I set out in search of a durable shoe that would give all day comfort and that would n't slow down my stride up and down stairs all day, I 'm talking 10 hrs. I found just what I was looking for in this clog and I am very pleased. It's comfortable, durable, grippy and is cute on! If there was a better way to tell you how much I love these, I would be saying it now!! These things are awesome. I do n't see myself buying any other work shoes from here in. As for sizing, I wear between a 7. 5 and 8. I always buy 8 in XTRATUFs and they fit just the way I would want them to, comfortably snug, my big toe sits just under the top.

They are good insoles, I wear a 12 wide and had to trim them at the toe end to fit comfortably. I gave 4 stars because I feel like the price is a bit much for what I got but I needed something better than your average shelf insoles. I will say that my foot pain has been much less than with the factory insoles I replaced. I walk around 10k steps a day on concrete floors. We will see how many miles I get out of them, as for now I ’ m satisfied. Good product.
