I do n't use them every day because my toenails are red and hurt by the end of the day. However, they are super comfortable otherwise, and I love that my feet are n't sweating at the end of the day. I am recovering from a right foot Achilles tendon rupture surgery. I have been in a boot for 3 months. I at first needed a sturdy shoe to wear on my left foot to give me support and a little height to get close to matching the boot height.
