An added benefit... when it is wet outside and you walk indoors, they maintain a good, solid grip on what otherwise would be a slick floor. Best purchase on shoes in a while, so much so that I just bought another pair! Consider finding these in a store to try on first. They run large. I typically wear a 9. 5 or 10 but had to get a 9 in these.

[ Oh man, these are the comfiest shoes that I own. I bought these mostly as travel slippers( my dogs do n't let me have nice things at home) and I hate taking them off. I wear them on longhaul flights( change out my shoes once we are in the air) and it's easy to wipe down the soles after they touch the lav floors before wearing them at gueshouses, hostels, and in other peoples homes. I love that the back of the shoe can be stomped on or slipped over the heel, depending on what I need at the moment. My Keen canvas Howsers were getting a little worn so I decided to try a new, different pair. I liked the look and style of this shoe and as luck would have it they were on sale. I ordered my normal size 11. When they arrived they were just a tad too short. Keen makes it easy to return and I ordered a size 11. 5 and they arrived and fit perfect!! Note that these are a tight fitting shoe so getting them on takes a little effort but once they are on they are VERY comfortable. I like the material on these better than the canvas on the Howsers.
