I bought these for a purpose that many probably did n't think about. I use these flats for weight training and lifting. The grip is amazing. The midsole is surprisingly soft for Pwrrun, so kudos to Saucony on that. The upper is much lighter weight than one would expect by looking at the online photos. As a collegiate athlete, I look to Saucony for top of the market products. Saucony is yet to let me down.

Phenominal! The springiness is better than my foreverrun 2s and novablast 5. I normally get a wide size, however it is n't offered. If i size up then the shoe is too long, I 'd appreciate it if the shoe either cam wider or if there was a wide option. Other than that the ride is amazing!

I bought these because they are gorgeous and light weight. They still have supportive cushion despite minimalist approach. I love minimal shoes, and these guys get it done. I run marathons but would not suggest these for over a half- marathon. I do n't think they have enough cushion for the long haul, but they are great for 5k- 13. 1 miles.

Love these! Been looking for a similar feel to my long ago departed original Asic Hyperspeeds. The Kilkenny's have pretty good cushion and great road and trail feel. My new 5- 10k road shoe for sure. I 'd probably even use them for a 1/2 marathon. Feels like running barefoot. Will probably order a couple more pair. I have a fairly narrow `` B '' foot and they fit perfect. Length may be a titch on the short side so for longer races or thicker socks I 'd probably jump up at least 1/2 size.

Significant improvements from v1 definitely recons if you can get your hands on them. The zoom x is considerably more bouncy and the new geometry is much more propulsive and stable not to mention the upper is way more comfy.

Overall a super high quality track spike. I had the Dragonfly XC ’s before and these are a huge step up. I almost forgot I was wearing them because they are so light. Speed wise they feel amazing, they can handle 200 repeats or a 2 mile race. They make both feel smooth and efficient, really loving getting to wear them so far. The Carbon plate paired with ZoomX makes a deadly combo, definitely the best spikes on the market.

Im not the best track athlete but these are great for races the plate is very springy and at the end of your 3200s or 1600s you dont feel nearly as fatigued with the plate helping. The looks also dont mean much but beautiful look… for the first couple wears. These get compressed and brownish very quickly after a couple races but they are still plenty comfortable and also will have you right for some prs
