I purchased with the intention of wearing them in the weight room- no desire to run and/or jump in them. They provide excellent ankle support and a wide toe base so that you 're able to get your feet set before every lift. The firm sole provides little toe bend, which I appreciate. I would n't recommend them if you 're wanting to run, they 're heavier and on the clunky side, but think they 're well suited for a lifting or HIIT type shoe.

[ These are amazing. I am a floor nurse and have spent literally thousands on OnClouds, Nike, Adidas, etc. I unfortunately have plantar fasciitis and the pain is sometimes excruciating; these really do the trick! I wear them for 12 hours and am pain free. I have normal width feet with really high arches and normally fall between a men's 10. 5 and 11 depending on the brand, usually an 11, and these fit absolutely perfect in an 11- no arch pain, no PF pain. Notably, my husband has somewhat wide and flat feet, especially at the toe, and these really squished his toes in his normal size. The next size up was just too long for him.

[ Bought these shoes to complement my other Giro shoes( I have one indoor and one outdoor pair). These have a slightly stiffer sole make them a bit more awkward to walk in( but they 're not really walking shoes) and they are a little on the narrow side- I have no issues sporting them for 45 minutes on a ride, but do n't know how comfortable they would be on a 2- 3 hr ride.

I went to the golf galaxy store and tried on about 10 different shoes( they have great selection in store) and these were the most comfortable pair for me. I wore them the first day to walk 18 with no issues and received a few complements. I ’ m between sizes and found the larger size more comfortable. For the price these are an excellent shoe. I bought the navy.
