I have purchased 10 pair of NB 327s in multiple colors in the past 2-3 years and have always loved them. I recently purchased the light pink and blue 327s and have worn them on 3 occasions. They are the same size as all of my other shoes but these are exceptionally tight and leave blisters on my ankles each time I wear. I feel I can no longer wear these shoes and I am so disappointed in this shoe. Is there anyway NB would replace them with a larger size. It is comfy with soft padding and you can do long walks with it with no issues. The sole also got a good grip so no chance of slipping with this on. You just have to make sure you are getting the right size as it is a bit narrow fit at front but it will slide out at the back if you go size bigger.
