The unboxing of my shoes, atrocious. The paper was ripped and not neatly placed and the shoes looked like they were thrown in. There was a blow out underneath the sole in which they taped it down so it would stay in place. Honestly, if I wasn’t so understanding and this order wasn’t free from my workplace, I would’ve come undone if I spent that much money for someone’s seconds. I was going to post my 480 unboxing video from start to finish but as soon as I saw my order.. New Balance would’ve taken a huge social media hit. Do better.
