The padding in the arch strap is phenomenal. The sole is a hard rubber with the cloud foam under foot for a great combo of comfort. These things together truly make these the most comfortable slide I 've ever owned, and easily an all day walking pair. You really can walk miles in these with comfort. Great arch support, though if you ’ re flat footed you shouldn ’ t wear these as it is very pronounced, the midsole is quiet, grippy, and extremely cushioned. They have a border that goes around the foot and it prevents your foot from sliding around the sandal as you walk. They run very true to size and if you ’ re in between sizes, go up one size.
