Love that these shirts have a liner that helps prevent against leaks and accidents. Wish more athletic apparel out this thoughtfulness into their women ’s products. As a coach and player it ’s difficult to be on your cycle and still train and practice. Helping to remove the worry or stress of leaks and accidents while shifting and stretching and moving is a relief. I recommended these to all my players, even if they don ’ t play volleyball they are great to have underneath shorts or joggers while training or practicing during that time of the month
