I bought these this past spring and they worked great! Fit well. I used them to look dressy, but I also planned to walk around and I also ended up climbing many stairs and they held up with great arch support. My feet did not hurt even after all of that activity.

In 2019 i bought a pair of leather strappy sandals and wore them very frequently for 6 years. The held up well. I was ready to prder another pair only to find that thet no longer made that style so I took a chance on these. I like these as well, the soles are n't leather like the older version, the fit is adjustable with a zipper and plastic `` chacos '' buckles. I enjoy the zipper addition so far. The buckles make them a little sportier but i have still dressed them up. I 've worn them quite a bit and so far have no complaints. I may consider them in another color for spring.

I bought the grey color for a trip to Europe where I 'd be doing a lot of walking, and they were super comfortable right out of the box- never caused blisters, and the cushioning is just right. They were very versatile, especially in the neutral grey color, and I could use them for daytime walking as well as slightly dressier dinners in the evenings. The tread on the bottom was great for a few mild trail hikes as well as walking through the cities. I got lots of compliments on them, and a few ladies in our group purchased them while on our trip because they liked them so much. They still have plenty of life in them even after several years of regular use, but I 'll definitely be buying a second pair when these wear out!

Another thing is they are not `` true slides '' in the sense of the word. I had to loosen and tighten the straps every time when putting them on. That alone was a dealbreaker. I have n't send them back. I give good reviews because im not knocking a company for how they do n't work for me. Somebody might fit in these things. I am size 9. 5 and first tried the size 9. It was too short and my toes were falling out of the shoe. The width was perfect though. I then tried the 10 instead. They are a good length, maybe a little bit too wide, so not perfect but better than the size 9. They are very comfortable. People say they aren ’ t comfortable but thats just because they compare them to adidas foam shoes. They look great, they are very comfortable but the 'footbed' itself gets a bit sweaty and gets dirty quite easy. The 'footbed' is a bit difficult to clean as the dirt stays in the grooves. However, I do not regret having bought them. Oh, and I needed my normal size(!)

Could you consider providing more solid color options, please? Not everyone wears multicolored shoes. Solid medium brown color, maybe? I have not found a better hiking/walking sandal.
