Added this to my sleep system for camping this spring and love it. Easy to inflate to desired stiffness, and the combo of inflatable pillow and soft cover really does the trick. Very packable and comfortable to sleep on. Highly recommend if you 're looking for a camp pillow.

Love this little piece of luxury. Bought for a backpacking trip after using my backpack for a pillow one too many times. It rolls up small enough to fit in the same stuff sack as my sleeping pad. Easy to inflate, holds air all night, the cover is super soft and it doesn ’ t sound like a bag of potato chips like my cheaper same- sized Amazon backpacking pillows. It ’s comfortable for side sleeping or back sleeping and worth every ounce in my opinion, for a comfy sleep in the backcountry.

Been using this all over for two years now and it ’s incredible, still holding up great. The cover is nice because it makes it a lot more comfortable and can be washed. Even used it as a second daily pillow while living in a hostel in New Zealand.

For all the comforts of home when you ’ re in the wilderness this checks those boxes. I like how it is really small and weighs hardly anything. The design keeps your head from sliding off. It ’s like the cherry on top when trying to get a good night sleep in the middle of nowhere.

My only complaint about these pillows, and its not really a complaint because I knew it would happen, is that it slides around a little bit on a cold weather sleeping bag. Other than that, its comfortable and easy to store.

[ The pillow is very well made and packs up less than the size of a softball. Inflated, the comfort level is marginal and I found the pillow is too small. Sea to Summit gear is so well made, I ’ ll be purchasing a larger model they make.

I love my standard Fillo pillow and decided to try the Fillo Wide. I am a side sleeper and switch sides throughout the night and the Fillo Wide has been great for my sleep on trail. I will use this pillow for shorter hikes where I am not watching my pack weight so closely. Just like the standard Fillo the foam layer makes this pillow stand above all over backpacking pillows.

Tested this out the other night, absolutely loved it. ultra comfortable, ultra packable. I value my sleep on the trail; this will go out with me for every trip this summer. almost more comfortable than my actual pillow.

I swapped this for the fillo elite that I was using before as a backpacking pillow and I ’ m happy I did. As much as I wanted to go as light as possible I ’ ve gotten to the point where I need a substantial pillow, and this achieves that feeling while still being as light as possible. As a bonus this is comfortable enough to use car camping too, so it ’s one pillow for everything. The bungee cords are useless for me because they just dont hold my puff in a comfortable way( I think a fabric sleeve would work better), and I sleep with my arm under my pillow so they are a little annoying, but it ’s no big deal. Great luxury item

Good pillow. Could be better. The materials, weight and width are great. I am a side sleeper but I tend to roll a lot. The extra width allows me to roll from one side to another without rolling off. I also like that it is rectangular and even thickness from side to side. Some notes to Nemo to make this my perfect pillow. One, increase the air bladder thickness from 3 inches to 3. 5 or 4. It ’s too thin for side sleepers. Or make a side sleeper version. Two, add a pad strap so it stays put. Three, detach the storage pouch. It ’s not needed when you pack it with your sleep system.

The Compressible Pillow Cinch has quickly become an essential part of my camping gear. I ’ m someone who values comfort, even if it means carrying a bit more weight, and this pillow delivers exactly that. Unlike air pillows, which I find too firm and not as comfortable, this pillow feels much more like the one I use at home. The softness and support it provides are unbeatable, and the cinch feature allows me to adjust the firmness to my liking.

Love this pillow. So happy I got it. I did n't think it would matter but this pillow has made a big difference in my quality of sleep compared to a stuff sack full of clothes. I will always have a pillow now. The fabric is soft and the pillow is just the right loft for me. I do like the thinner pillows, being a petite person. Washing the pillow made a significant increase in the loft. This pillow easily fits in my compression sac with my sleeping bag and liner.

[ We ’ ve tried several different style camp pillows over the years but we ’ ve officially found our favorite pillow, the Thermarest compressible camp pillow. You can choose which size best fits your needs and the pillow is comfortable and of good size. Small, compact, portable, and easy to clean. Great for travel or beach days. Wife has used it for nursing and as a makeshift diaper changing pad deflated. Kids always want to steal it for naps on long car rides. I 've bought 2 at this point and will likely buy more. Just throw it in a bag or the car and forget about it. Worth every penny. Only change I would like to see would be to make the internal stuff sack a bright color like orange. Its small size makes it easy to disappear in large bags.
