She always has high basketball shoes so a lot of the supports add too much bulk in that area and restrict the movement. This is perfect. My chest is 48- 50 '', and the XXL is perfect, and could expand by several inches for an even larger man. The lower you are able to adjust this logo on your shoulder, the more later support you will have.

Good, strong brace that secures your arm against your rib cage. Plenty of straps for adjustment. You can put it on yourself, but will need someone to help with the back straps in order to get a best fit; otherwise, you 're stuck with the previous adjustment.
