Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

I bought my second pair of these approximately a month ago. My last pair I used to backpack the Himalayas twice, Colorado, North Carolina and North Georgia. I also used them as my go to hunting boot as well. They 're heavy duty and it taken care of will last for years and years. I brought the leather back to life on mine using mink oil several times. They look good with a pair of jeans as well and make a great statement when worn in. I hated to let my other pair go and buy another pair but they served me well for over a decade. The first pair lasted for about a year and a half.( I work at a power plant that has a lot of construction going on) They are very comfortable to wear all day long. I work 10 hour shifts with no problems. I am flat- footed, so finding good work boots was important to me. These get the job done without my feet hurting. It took only a day or so to break them in. They are also waterproof, and unlike other boots, these really are waterproof. I have submerged almost my entire boots and not a single drop! A must have!

I do n't usually buy slip on shoes/boots because I hate it when they slide up and down on my heel. These do not slide. They definitely take a little work to get on, but man do they fit well and stay snug. Being a little more difficult to put on is worth how they fit and feel. After a few days of break in, they are super comfortable. The quality is awesome. I hate shoes where the glued sole comes loose and starts flapping. They seem to be a size smaller than normal size. I have always wore a 9 1/2 in all my shoes and boots but they seem to fit like an 8 1/2. I have had these boots for about 6months now. They look amazing and has been a very durable, I build houses from foundation to the roof so I say all environments and these have done well. The waterproofing has seem to do good so far but with winter coming I ’ ll really put them to the test. As for fit they do run tight, I even got a 10W and it ’s still pretty snugged on the sides, I ’ m assuming that ’s to get the square to incorporated in them that causes that. I would suggest maybe ordering a half size bigger than normal. Traction is pretty good for the everyday wear and work, if you ’ re going to be on hill sides all day this boot isn ’ t for you. Protection wise the boot had done great, the leather still looks fairly new and no sign of wearing out on me, which is a plus ’s That ’s my only gripe so far. As expected another great boot

Playing in the mud
So far so good! They were a little uncomfortable at first but after a week there are comfy. I wish the tongue was attached a like higher up the boot so you can stand in deeper water but other than that they work flawlessly! I ’ m a well driller and good boys are hard to find that hold up to the constant mud and water every day. George boots hold up better than anything I ’ ve slipped my foot in!

I bought these boots over a year ago. So far they have been pretty good. I work as a full time diesel technician and occasionally have to do landscaping and construction work and these boots have held up pretty well to everything I do. The oil, diesel, break cleaner, etc have not hurt the leather nor the stitches at all. I will say I am disappointed in the insoles, being that they only lasted me about 4 months. I have had to replace the insoles quite often but mainly because I do weigh about 255 lbs and have a very wide foot. Also the hook eyelet on my left boot broke after about 6 months as well. The water proof feature has been great even for being a lace up boot. I ’ ve been I some fairly deep water( nearly covering up the entire boot) and haven ’ t had any water go into these boots or the leather. All in all these boots have been a strong and sturdy boot for what I need them for. I ’ d recommend them highly since I haven ’ t had much issues with them besides the two mentioned and have found them super comfortable

This USA Georgia Boot Logger is built like a dang tank, but rides or feels like a Cadillac once broken in. The comfort core footbed is different for sure, but it is very comfortable. I bought them a month ago they take a little time to break in but are extremely comfortable and light for a safety toe boot. All in all very pleased with them and they are made in the USA which is the main reason for buying them.

These boots are like slippers from day 1! My only suggestion is to not lace hooks right in ankle until worn for a couple days! I love these boots so much,,, on my 3rd pair. Last a whole summer landscaping,, would buy 3 pairs of Keene Hiking boots per summer for contrast

I bought my first pair over 7 years ago and they saw all day every day service for at least 3- 4 years, since then they are still worn for 2- 3 miles of dog walks and all day on most weekend. The durability and comfort has been exceptional. When in mainline service I found they would take on a good polished appearance( I use Kiwi Cordovan). I 'm looking forward to my second pair. I 'd also like to submit a picture like some other fellows have mentioned.

I have worn a lot of boots, from military to these Georgia's, and these are the best. Amazing comfort, great leather, and durable. I had to put 4 sets of strings in before the toes of the soles finally blew back and stitching came out. They have been slick bottoms for over a year, and held up til now. Zero interest in finding a different boot to `` try '' as I know i 'll get easily$ 135. 00 worth of my next pair.

I 've been buying these boots to wear for my landscaping business for as long as I can remember.( over 15 years?) They are comfortable after a day of brake in. I apply one coat of weather seal when I buy them. I wear them over 12 hours a day and they last about 6 to 8 months. I like that they are n't steel toes, and that the tread on the sole does n't disturb the soil very much, but has good traction. I like to buy two at a time so I can alternate wearing them. I have bought them for my helpers too.

I 've owned these boots for 10yrs and wear them up to 26 hrs. They have seen foundry atmosphere to 2ft of Wisconsin snow. Finally going to hang them up for the soles basically talk now and stitching is starting to fail on sides. Only complaint is inner web for insoles could be filled, last few yrs been using gel inserts that fill the holes. Thanks for a great boot
