Great all- around… bouncy feel, better cushion than Ghost/Pegasus, average weight and stack. Significantly better than the 4. ATC is a slightly stiffer around the foot but otherwise runs the same as the regular. Does not have the best grip especially in wet conditions. Tounge could be better than flimsy fabric.

I have worn Kayanos for many years. I have experimented with other brands and models and always come back to these. They are a stability shoe for neutral to slight pronation. As a result, these are not light racing shoes. They are durable and an average sized runner should expect 200- 300 miles in them.. The current iteration is a thick foam sole similar to Hokas. Give them a try before you buy…

I bought these to try in my shoe rotation based on a lot of popular reviews. I can honestly say these are now one of my favorites. The Asics stays soft and comfortable through the entire run, and are probably some of the most comfortable shoes in general. My favorite part I have found with the Asics shoes are the area under the ball of the foot stays soft for your entire run. Almost every other shoe I have does n't do this as well as the Asics. These are great for long, easy, daily, or recovery runs. The fit and feel is superb.

Came to this shoe after 500 miles on a pair of NB fresh foam x more V4, a heavier more cushioned shoe. After initial run, I found these to be comfortable, supportive and very light/fast. Michael On The Run
Okay… these shoes are straight- up rocket fuel. From the first stride, I could tell the ASICS METASPEED SKY PARIS wasn ’ t just another super shoe — it was built to make you feel like you ’ re floating with purpose. The carbon plate+ FF Turbo foam combo gives you that perfect blend of pop and control. Every toe- off feels spring- loaded, like it ’s helping you chase down that PR, not just survive the miles. What really blew me away though? How lightweight they are. I ’ m talking barely- there levels of light, but still supportive enough to handle long tempo runs and race pace efforts without wrecking my legs the next day. The grip? Locked in. The fit? Snug but breathable — ASICS nailed the upper on this version. And the colorway? Let ’s just say I ’ ve never had this many people stop me post- run to ask, “ What are those? ” If you ’ re serious about racing or want to feel what elite speed feels like underfoot, this shoe is a game- changer. I ’ m not saying it ’ ll make you Kipchoge… but it ’ ll definitely make you feel like you ’ re chasing him. 10/10. Love these. Worth every mile.

So far so good. My daughter is wearing these for volleyball. They are comfortable& look nice. We bought these in store. Just an fyi... my daughter found a shoe and asked a sales associate for her size to try on. The sales associate came back out with her size but the shoe was n't the exact same as what my daughter had picked out.( The sales associate did not mention it was a different shoe.) My daughter liked the shoes she tried on, and we bought them. The shoes we bought were higher price than the shoe she originally picked out. So be aware of that when picking out a shoe and the sales associate brings out a slightly different style.

Comfortable and cute! The only thing I don ’ t like is the material at the toe part. Looks like it will crack over time. I think it ’s worth the value for the comfort and hope they will consider changing the material at the top to mesh or something more breathable.
When determining the fit of ASICS running shoes, consider factors such as your foot shape, arch type, and the intended use of the shoes. It's important to ensure there is enough room in the toe box to prevent discomfort during runs, while also having a snug fit around the heel to avoid slippage. Trying on shoes with the socks you plan to wear during runs can also help achieve a more accurate fit.
ASICS running shoes generally run true to size, but this can vary depending on the specific model and your foot shape. It's advisable to consult the brand's sizing chart and read reviews to see if others have noted any discrepancies in sizing. If possible, trying on the shoes in-store can help you find the best fit.
ASICS running shoes are designed to accommodate a variety of foot shapes, including narrow, regular, and wide feet. Many models feature specific designs that cater to different arch types, ensuring that runners with flat, neutral, or high arches can find a suitable option. It's important to select a model that aligns with your foot's unique characteristics for optimal comfort and performance.
To determine if you need a specific type of ASICS running shoe, consider your running style, gait, and the surfaces you typically run on. For instance, if you overpronate or have a neutral gait, there are models specifically designed to provide the right level of support and cushioning. Additionally, consider the terrain—road running shoes differ from trail running options in terms of grip and durability.
When selecting ASICS running shoes for long-distance running, look for features such as ample cushioning, support for your arch type, and a lightweight design. Breathable materials can also enhance comfort during longer runs by helping to regulate temperature and moisture. A durable outsole is essential for providing traction and longevity over various surfaces.
