Fast. Currently running in Invincible 3s and Infinity Rn4s, I actually bought these just to have. As an older runner with knee arthritis, I need good cushion. I tried these out on a 6 mile treadmill run and wow- these shoes are quick!! There is great support and the sole is perfect no matter where your foot strikes.( I ’ m a mid- forefoot striker). And they are super light; they feel much lighter than my other pairs( above). Looks like I ’ ll be using these for speed work. Kudos again Nike!

The Invincible 3 Zoom X foam gives your feet the comfort as if you ’ re walking on CLOUDS. I do16 hr shifts at the hospital& with these shoes my feet, knees, and thighs literally feel like they have a bounce with each step with minimum stress on your legs. The Zoom X foam feel just as comfortable when running in them however the foam is sensitive so try to avoid hitting curves or running in areas where the foam may be prone to getting traction or hit because the damage will show. Aside from that the shoe is flawless. If you ’ re using them on a job to stand up all day or you wan na go for a good run on a soft turf for MAX cushion& you value your comfort and your feet the strains and pains of running there is no shoe on the market that can compare to this shoe. 💯‼️

These are the ones!! True to size, clean look, super comfortable. They are cushioned, they give a little bounce to your walk, and they are a great all around shoe. I love my air max 270s but they are not the best support in the gym. These give good support for running, the recumbent bike, and I ’ ve had ease lifting with them. For super heavy lifting I understand a flatter shoe but these have given me 0 issues and I wear them 6x a week, and have had them for a month. I tried 3- 4 different shoes for fitness before landing on these

I love the Zoom Fly 5! This is my 3rd pair, every time I hit my mileage and need a new pair I keep coming back to these because they are so comfortable and provide both heal and toe protection and bounce. I ’ ve run a half marathon race and also a full marathon which is intense training but these shoes hold up and provide the support needed for speed or long distance.

Best running shoes I ever had. I run 5 miles every other day and have wide, flat feet and these provide a nice combination of stability and cushioning. I did experience the “ suctioning ” phenomenon that others noted, but it ’s minor and only really noticed it on the treadmill or inside…not running outside. I went up a half size like I do with all Nike running shoes and fit was perfect.

The Zegama 2 has so far been a great shoe. My search for a shoe like this began when my Pegasus 4 GTX's finally hit the retirement cycle of shoes. The Pegasus 4 GTX's were some of the( if not the top) most comfortable shoes that I had ever had while also being capable of light outdoor activities. My instinct was to replace them with the Pegasus 5 GTX's. After exchanging sizes several times, I finally just return the 5's. They were just too tight, did n't fit right, and created a lot of foot pain. I decided to try the Zegama 2's. I actually had my eye on them during my transition from the Pegasus 4's!. These things remind me of the o'so comfortable Pegasus 4 GTX's. The Zegama 2's offer great bounce, support, and comfort! The grip is incredible too, it simply rocks. I play a lot of disc golf and these things have held true in any condition that I 've been in, wet, dry, muddy, slippery, you name it. Also, running any sort of distance in these feels great. They provide great bounce and support. I have n't ran a particularly long distance in them, maybe around 4 miles so far, which felt great and natural. I would n't second guess doubling that mileage or more. Overall these are great. Do n't think twice, grab a pair!.
