I have extra wide feet. I ’ ve bought ASICS for decades because they ’ re one of the very few that makes 4E running shoes that fit my feet perfectly. I always get ASICS top of the line as soon as they come out. I usually buy two pair at a time because I rotate them while using cedar shoe trees which helps them keep their shape and removes( absorbs) the sweat. They are the perfect shoes for my feet!

I 'll start by saying i work valet and I 'm on my feet 10hrs a day straight running. I started valet with Hoka Bondi 9's and was getting terrible joint pains and muscle pains to where i almost couldnt walk and I was walking with a limp. I bought these and I 've been using them for about a week now and I have to say they have everything that my Hoka's were lacking. No more joint pain, comfy on the feet, and the grip is amazing. I love these shoes! They were comfortable from the start, with no breaking in necessary. I am a walker, not runner but found I needed more squish and support while walking around the uneven and rough surfaces in my town. The sidewalks here are not great and non- existent in many areas so I ’ m on the road for much of my walk. These shoes give me the right amount of support, and my feet and legs feel happy during and after my walk. I also love the color. As a woman who needs a double wide shoe it ’s hard to find much besides black and grey, and that ’s just not for me. The Matcha/Celadon combo is bright and cheerful. The shoes encourage me to walk – I ’ m not someone who naturally loves exercise but does benefit from it. I need a little boost now and then to make it happen. I would recommend these to walkers who need some cushion between their feet and the road.

GT- 2000's have been my go to shoe for years. I will usually run one or two half marathons a summer and run at least 4 days a week to keep in shape. When my new shoes arrive, I simply take them out of the box, lace them up, and run fast.

No shoe will ever be as good as the Gel- Cumulus 23, but I am very pleased with the GC- 27. Mile after mile of spongy comfort, excellent lateral support, great energy return. No need to frequently stop and re- lace or re- cinch. Some might find the tongue a bit short; I found myself tugging on it the first ten miles. Other than that, as a regular Nike guy, I can say the GC- 27 is fantastic for long runs.

My first pair of Asics Gel- Cumulus and I am very impressed. These feel like you are walking on cloud. The cushion is very good. Though I am not a runner, I find these very useful for light jogging, on the treadmill or casual wear. They provide a good support and perfect even when I have them on for more than 12 hrs. Came to this shoe after 500 miles on a pair of NB fresh foam x more V4, a heavier more cushioned shoe. After initial run, I found these to be comfortable, supportive and very light/fast. Now I ’ m thinking I should have bought 2 pairs. I do about 120 miles a month, so I ’ m curious to see how long they will last running asphalt hills.

Superior cushioning and forefoot strike flexibility compared to my pairs of Nimbus 25& 26, and they are indeed better for both LR and tempo runs. Cushioning felt superb during 16+ mile long runs and feet/legs were far less sore the day after LRs until this shoe accumulated about 250 miles. Currently at 325 miles and cushioning is still ok and better than my newer Nimbus 26. I will try running in them during recovery runs after 350 miles.

As a 59 Year old, Marathons are my ‘ Late life crisis ’. This is my 3rd Superblast2, obviously I love them. Addressing the issues: I use the runners knot to hold the shoe and powerbeat2 for noise cancellation. Availability, Price and ColorWays are way beyond my ‘ paygrade ’. ASICS please take note This is the daily trainer, long run and threshold running shoes that transitioned as my race day shoes. I am not chasing PBs( Qualified for Boston at Chicago 2024 for my age group). I use the Mach6 for interval and Rebel4 for recovery runs. Superblast2 could well do the job. It ’s that versatile. Love the balance of cushion from the high stack and energy return from the stiffness without the risk to injury at comfortable sub4 marathons. If you are a sub3. 30 Marathoner, look for a carbon plated shoe, for everything else there is the SUPERBLAST2

Surprisingly good running shoe. I ’ ve seen the Noosa Tri around for many years, always wild colors and patterns, always eye catching. I was always happy with whatever I was running in at the time and always thought…maybe next time. Well, next time finally came and I decided to give the Noosa Tri 16 a shot. Let ’s start with the fit…they ’ re a little on the snug side, I wear an 11 in everything and usually that works out just fine. The Noosa 16 fit more like a 10& 3/4 than an 11. Nonetheless they ’ ve become my brick workout shoes with no socks and I ’ m really happy with them in that capacity. These shoes excel at every distance I ’ ve tried them at from a short speed workout to a 13- 14mi easy pace day. They feel great for my midfoot strike, roll off the toe really nicely and the foam is amazingly smooth, soft, bouncy and comfortable. The upper breathes well and like I mentioned, 80% of my miles in these are barefoot and the liner of the shoe is soft, smooth and very comfortable.
