Also the quality is very nice and they do not become see through during motion, which is a big concern for gym use. The high waisted band is very comfortable and it keeps everything nice and tucked. [ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1- 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

This is by far my favorite leggings. I was a fan of that Canadian athletic brand for a long time, and this leggings beats all their leggings in every way! I have 3 colors now and thinking getting the red color. It is just right amount of compression for me. Tight, but still comfortable. I love the fact there is NO seam in the middle. The only thing is sizing- in my opinion, I sized down one size to have the right amount of compression for me.

These are certainly on the tighter side of the tights, with which I usually wear a small but had to go with a medium for these- but I do for all nike tights so this is nothing new or one off. On the body, it looks and fits great- and the seam does n't really rub or show at all like some other tights do so do n't worry about it not being seamless. I live in Miami and the humidity is often very high, bit i didnt feel uncomfortable wearing them. The fit was perfecty around my hips, but a lil too big around my calves. I gave birth 10months ago and i am still in my postpartum body. I wished it was 1- 1. 5 inch higher, because it would roll down my belly every now and then, especially while sitting down. But i love the pockets. It sits on the perfect hight. I wore the tight while wearing the baby carrier. It was so easy to put stuff in the pockets and get them out. I usually struggle with other brands where i have to remove the carrier first in order to use the pockets properly. Overall i think its a very comfortable and nice pair of tights.
