This product is awesome for helping keep my sons arm healthy. He uses it daily to keep his arm conditioned. His speed on his throw has improved and he loves doing the program.

I bought these for my middle school team to warm up with and more importantly, keep the pitchers arms warm between innings. The resistance is n't super high so the kids do n't strain anything. And for the bigger kids that need more resistance they just scoot further away from the fence so the bands are tighter. Ca n't say for sure about the durability, but it has held up well for our first 3 weeks of the season.
