We have used this bat with my daughters hitting coach so we bought one for us to work at home. I really like this bat because there is instant feedback on the hit. There is no way to cheat at the technique. Palm up palm down is a must to hit in the zone. Teaches hands inside and in front the ball and works great with one hand drills. The squish balls work the best with this but we have been using tennis balls. No hard balls! Don ’ t worry about the under 12 over 12 sizing. They are all the same size bat “ arm and paddle ” the only difference is the grip size( length). Dicks carry ’s only size 6 and size 7. We got a 7. I would recommend it. But it is a little over priced for what it is.

I bought Four a month ago and am very impressed and it ’s like having a donut weight but end loaded to help with strength... Plus it can be used in Batting Practice too. Highly recommend for Composite bats!

Very easy to use, great tool for practice. Does a great job of protecting the bat and helps with a little extra weight for bat speed. I love the industrial design, overall I am totally stoked on this product and highly recommend.

It accomplished what it promises but it doesn ’ t stay too secured on the bat. It slides down and every few swings my daughter has to re adjust it back up.
