The Rambler has quickly become an indispensable travel companion. I 've taken it camping, used it to power my laptop at the coffee shop and I have even flown across the country with it. I was a little bit worried that it would get flagged by TSA, but I have had no issues with it in my carry- on bag. I especially love that I do n't have to search for a power outlet at the terminal when I am flying. It is lighter and feels better when wearing the headlamp than the battery case along with the inclusion of the rear facing red- light which increases the usefulness of the Icon 700 headlamp for more activities where rear visibility is needed. Can ’ t remember how many years I have owned this weather radio by Midland but It is still as reliable as it was when it was new. I know it is several years old because I bought it new. Thank you Midland for producing quality products. Have not had this unit not to work or serviced in any capacity. If it was to quit functioning, I would buy another one just like this one.
