[ I got these in a size 7 in women ’s for 1 of 2 people that I knew could give me an honest opinion on them. It happened to be my mother who I gifted them to that works in a plant on her feet 8- 10 hours a day. As soon as she opened the box she absolutely loved the colorway she got as it can match multiple things as well as the style/look of the shoe. Once she got the shoe on foot she walked around the house and said she felt more bounce and spring in her step wearing them. She wore them to work the next day and when she came home she talked about how much her feet and back felt better after wearing them and all the compliments she got on them from co- workers who said they would be looking to get a pair as well. If momma is happy than I am too so I would give these a 20 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone that is doing any activity on your feet whether it ’s working on hard concrete floors like her or if you ’ re a runner, jogger, walker.

[ Straight out of the box, the Nike Structure 26 has that wow factor. While its fun bright color is aesthetically pleasing and exciting to wear, it also helps during low light visibility conditions due to its Hyper Pink color and reflective areas on its sides. I am currently wearing it for daily activities, walks, hikes with my family and occasional runs. The underfoot has just the right amount of sink- in softness and rebounds smoothly. It is plush, stable, supportive, offers cushioning and is particularly comfortable. For this reason, I used it on recovery days as the breaking- in phase. The tongue and color have lots of padding which I am not used to but I consider them a plus. The mesh fabric is breathable and of very high quality. The fit is just right, true to size, snug enough to feel supportive and is becoming more comfortable with every use. I found the Nike Structure 26 to be more comfortable and natural than other running shoes that I own. Unfortunately, the outsole rubber in the Structure 26 is already showing some wear although it has good traction. The tongue could be a bit slimmer, but I 'm being nitpicky here. All in all, I love it and I got many compliments about its aesthetics. It 's true to size, comfortable and has extra support and stability.

These have become one of my favorite Adidas running shoes now- that means a lot because I have every Adidas performance line running shoes. I just got these last week and put in about 10 miles. I like the previous Rise 2, and this one is better in terms of comfort and shock absorption. The previous version was a bit firm but had a good energy return. [ I am an active mom that runs and walks on a daily basis. My running is mostly on a treadmill but I am constantly walking during the day, miles at a time. Because of this active lifestyle I need a shoe that is comfortable and supportive. The comfort this shoe provides gives me just that. The Ariel GTS 26 feel like you are walking/bouncing on air. The Ariel GTS 26 minimize the impact of my foot when hitting the floor, which for me has helped my feet and knees. I have noticed the difference at the end of the day because my feet don ’ t hurt or feel sore. I do think the shoe itself runs a little small in terms of the length so I would probably size up a half size if I ran outside in them. I wear these shoes everyday for about 80% of the day and can ’ t imagine wearing any other shoe. They are not only comfortable but also stylish. The gray color is a great shade that pairs well with the pink. They are easy to take on and off and the traction on them are great specifically when walking down hill. The toe box on the front of the shoe helps your foot stay in place without letting your foot slide forward while also giving you a good grip to the floor when walking and running on uneven ground. Overall I would give the Ariel GTS 26 a 10 out of 10 because they have improved my everyday needs.

I took my dogs for a long walk and kept waiting for that usual “ new shoe ” feeling, but it never happened. No blisters or tightness. They felt broken in from the start. As a runner, the nitrogen- infused cushioning feels soft enough to make pavement miles easier, but not so soft that I feel unsteady. The fit has been really easy. There ’s enough room in the toe box, but the shoe still feels secure and doesn ’ t slip around. Even after a couple of three mile runs, my legs felt good, which isn ’ t always the case. I ’ ve worn the shoes on sidewalks and through wet grass and feel like they have really good traction. Also, the heel pull tab is one of those little things I didn ’ t think much about at first, but I ’ ve ended up using it a lot, especially when I ’ m rushing out the door. What ’s been nice is that they don ’ t just feel good, they actually look good too. A couple of my friends have already commented on how cute they are. I ’ ve worn them with workout clothes, jeans, and leggings, and they literally go with everything. I like that I can go for my runs in the morning and just keep them on the rest of the day. I ’ m already planning to bring them on an upcoming vacation to a theme park because I know I ’ ll be walking all day, and these shoes are going to be perfect for that. The GuideRails support technology is a game- changer for my joints. During my long runs, other shoes would make my feet hurt, and my knees and lower back would throb and ache. This tech gently guides my foot through its natural motion, reducing excess movement that causes strain. My body was n't screaming in pain after running in these shoes. The RoadTack rubber outsole really grips the pavement. I went on a run and it started to rain lightly. The traction is amazing, and I felt secure with every stride. Now I do n't have to worry about slipping and falling. The engineered mesh helps your feet breathe. Some shoes make my feet sweat, but my feet felt comfortable and had a snug fit that never felt restrictive or made my feet sweat. The broad base and 10mm drop really helped to reduce pressure on my heel and calf, especially when I wore the shoes all day at work and later on when I went on my run or walk. I sometimes have issues with my feet and legs cramping after a run, but I did n't experience any cramps after wearing these shoes. I 'm looking forward to buying this shoe in other colors. Brooks has definitely created a supportive shoe that performs way better than some of the other shoes I wear.

I have raced in Vaporflys but felt that they lacked stability. The Pegasus Premiums seems like the perfect blend of the two, with great springiness and cushioning but also with good stability. Not light, but not too heavy either. Size seems to be true for me, 12 as always. My only complaint is that the show is expensive for a training shoe, hopefully it holds up better than the Vaporflys at this price.

I saw a lot of negative reviews about these shoes, and they actually rate lower than most Nike Pegasus models — which I find puzzling, because they ’ re some of the best Nikes I ’ ve ever owned. The bounce is incredible. The give is maybe a hair soft if you ’ re 210 lbs or above. I wouldn ’ t worry so much about stability. These are for running in a straight line, not for basketball. The shoes do squeak after a few wears. If you had to pick one, these are better than the Vomero premium for a couple of reasons: they ’ re more sleek, and the cushioning is more supportive and bouncy with energy return. Vomero Premium leaves you falling back on the heels. I ’ d buy another pair.

The fabric in the toe area of the Escalante 5 continues what I love about versions 3 and 4-- softer toe area at the front of the shoe, low stack height, comfortable lacing-- while giving me a slightly wider and longer toe box in the same size I always wear. Fit over the mid foot( I have high arches) is excellent. The laces are long enough. I played with the lacing at the upper eyelets to perfect the fit over the area of the instep closest to my ankle. Altra, please give me more fun, bright colors-- The Escalante 3 in fuchsia was a real winner. The pink is OK, but I 'd like something more bold. After wearing it for a few days, I ordered the shoe in the pale blue and black with white sole.

Only shoe I 've ever worn, that I can honestly say I feel like I 'm walking on clouds. My typical stance has me putting pressure on all the wrong places of my feet. I 'm usually standing in one place and shifting my weight back and forth. It has caused me foot problems. With these shoes on, I 've found myself correcting my stance equally because it caused no pain. Walking was a dream. I have sore spots on the pads of my feet and for the first time in years I did n't notice any pain. I 'm hooked. I 'm hopeful these last with the comfort. The RS Walking Sneaker is nice looking and very comfortable. I got the B& W and thought they were white but they ’ re more of an off white. I just moved, still moving boxes around, and up and down stairs, etc. It ’s all me, no help. In addition, I do HIIT 4- 5 days a week. My lower back has been so achy and tired. I bought these shoes a week ago and have been wearing them to do things in the apt. I have been wearing the Devotion X for a few years now, but, as shoes with cushiony midsoles do n't maintain support for very long, and the turnover rate is high, I have been looking for a shoe that is, at least, more environmentally friendly. While the eco creds on this shoe are not high, they are, at least, a step in the right direction. They seem to fit and perform just as well as the Devotion X, so I 'm happy with them. I hope that Ryka will continue to develop shoes that use recycled materials, will last longer, or, better yet, can be part of a closed- loop system( reclaimed by Ryka or compostable). Ultimately, these shoes are wide enough for my toes( I ordered a wide width) and provide the cushioning and stability I need to abate my hip arthritis symptoms, while also helping me feel a bit better, environmentally, about my purchase.
