My family and I have been using the Takeya Actives water bottels for many years. We 've tried other brands( Hydroflask, Thermoflask, Stanley, RTIC) in between, that do n't come close to the quality and durability because of the price, but ultimatley we keep coming back to Takeya. My kids went from the 18oz to the 24oz to the 32oz now that they are in middle school. My husband uses the 32oz and I am using the 40oz bottle daily. My kids are rough on thier bottles, once by using it to try to get a ball that was stuck in a tree down by throwing the bottle up into the tree several times and letting it fall to the ground!! It was dented after that, but despite the abuse, the water stayed cold and it did n't leak at all for the 2- 3 weeks it took me to get around to getting the replacement bottle. We love the spout lid! It's simple to use and easy to clean! I order replacement gaskets to keep on hand in case they begin to mold, which has happened twice in all of the years we 've used them.

I had purchased one of the limited editions a few years back for the Parks for All partnership I got the Hawaiian Volcanoes 32 oz flask and was super satisfied. I began looking around for a new canteen for my new job that will be outdoors in the Texas elements. I decided to come back for another Hydro Flask for work and got one of the larger canteens the 64 oz in black with the flex straw. I have already been using it for a few months and I am satisfied again with Hydro Flask. For a 64oz it's very light weight, i personally noticed it kept my iced water colder a little longer than 24 hours, and durable I have accidentally dropped it, banged it and scuffed it and its still holding up. I also enjoy the fact the products are very easy to dissemble and clean. BTW I totally recommend at max a weekly cleaning and not just for Hydro Flask but for any other product to prevent build up of gunk and mildew. Love that the silicone is painted on the glass. The silicone bumper adds a bit of slip and bump protection, especially when placing the bottle on a granite counter top. I do wish there was a simple cap, with or without a drinking spout, so the bottle does n't leak. I had purchased one of the limited editions a few years back for the Parks for All partnership I got the Hawaiian Volcanoes 32 oz flask and was super satisfied. I began looking around for a new canteen for my new job that will be outdoors in the Texas elements. I decided to come back for another Hydro Flask for work and got one of the larger canteens the 64 oz in black with the flex straw. I have already been using it for a few months and I am satisfied again with Hydro Flask. For a 64oz it's very light weight, i personally noticed it kept my iced water colder a little longer than 24 hours, and durable I have accidentally dropped it, banged it and scuffed it and its still holding up. I also enjoy the fact the products are very easy to dissemble and clean. BTW I totally recommend at max a weekly cleaning and not just for Hydro Flask but for any other product to prevent build up of gunk and mildew. Love the different options for how to drink and the extent of thought that went into the design, such as how the handle clicks into place when you use the the “ chug ” option so the handle doesn ’ t fall forward into your face. Also kept ice intact just as long, if not longer than, my Yeti ’s and Stanley ’s. Will be getting another one for sure.
