After griddling for awhile now, what I appreciate are long, flexible spatulas, that are light, have hanging holes and bow with this new model sit flat on the grill when you set them down. They are balanced correctly. I love me home 36 '' griddle and my 22 '' adventure ready griddle I use when I go camping. These are great spatulas and even better now!

Good and sturdy transport for the griddle/grill accessories that you dont want to leave outside exposed to the elements. Plenty of space to stash grilling tools, oils, spices, etcetera. It also incorporates a very handy paper towel roll holder! This is a great investment for the avid outdoor chef! It will make your grilling experience a lot more convenient!
