I only have cooked on this once, but exceptional product. Received, cleaned, oiled and heated. Then cooked pancakes, OMG, no sticking and they turned out beautiful and delicious!

Great for breakfast. Heats up quickly and evenly. Even though it is pre- seasoned, I would suggest that you spend some time at home getting a real good seasoning on it.
5
Carla
Great product! I 've been using it to can vegetables and it has made things so much easier.

I bought this 2 years ago to compliment my 2 burner explorer. It is used exclusively for camping and I prefer this over cooking in the travel trailer. Cooking bacon, eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns or anything else I want to throw at this griddle has been a joy to cook. It heats evenly and holds the heat well due to the thickness of the metal. I do keep it seasoned with the Camp Chef cast iron conditioner and store it in a bag while not in use.

GriLLeMAN
Fits beautifully over the grille. The grill side is perfect for marking hot dog rolls/burger rolls or any item you choose. Once you got this baby smoking hot you can sear meat quickly and professionally, from steaks to roasts to fish to scallops. Especially scallops! With a good oven thermometer you can find the sweet spot needed for high temp or warming. I flip it to the griddle side and get it it up to 600f and pop a pizza into a seasoned pizza pan and it cooks like a pizza oven. I 've even stretched thin crust right onto the cast iron.

Got this size as it's big enough for our family of 5 but small enough to fit on our modest sized deck. When we need space on the deck, folding the shelves makes it a lot smaller and compact, I 've even stored it in our shed collapsing the legs down so it lays flat. The condiment try and wind guards are a nice touch. I did n't even realize I 'd need wind guards but they do help.

I haven ’ t used it yet but am super excited to do so set up was super simple. But I would hope that the flat wrench required would be included seeing as those are not easy to find but it ’s not included and we were able to find a work around but that would be my only complaint took no more than an hour and is a beautiful flat top

I bought the Blackstone breakfast set because I had just bought 2 Blackstone Griddles. One( 36 '') for my home cooking and the other( 26 '') for cooking while out RV camping. I used it while camping and ca n't be any happier with it. Especially the pancake mix dispenser. It made for less mess and the perfect size pancake because I would pour the amount I chose to. I will order a second set for home use because the one will stay with my camper.

When selecting a griddle set, consider features such as the size of the cooking surface, material for heat distribution, and compatibility with different heat sources like gas or electric. Additionally, look for sets that include essential tools or accessories that enhance your cooking experience. Durability and ease of cleaning are also important factors to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Griddle sets are often made from materials like cast iron, stainless steel, or non-stick coatings. Cast iron provides excellent heat retention and even cooking, while stainless steel is durable and resistant to rust. Non-stick surfaces make for easier food release and cleaning, but may require more careful handling to maintain their coating.
Griddle sets are versatile and can be used for a variety of cooking methods, including frying, searing, and grilling. They are ideal for preparing breakfast foods like pancakes and eggs, as well as lunch and dinner items such as burgers and stir-fries. Their flat cooking surface allows for even heat distribution, making them suitable for cooking multiple items at once.
Choosing the right size griddle set depends on the number of people you typically cook for and the available cooking space. Smaller griddles are great for individual meals or small gatherings, while larger sets can accommodate more food and are ideal for family meals or entertaining. Consider your storage space as well, as larger sets may require more room.
Having the right accessories can enhance your griddle cooking experience. Essential tools may include spatulas, tongs, and scrapers designed specifically for griddle surfaces. Additionally, consider items like covers for protection, heat-resistant gloves, and cleaning tools to maintain your griddle set in good condition.
