After griddling for awhile now, what I appreciate are long, flexible spatulas, that are light, have hanging holes and bow with this new model sit flat on the grill when you set them down. They are balanced correctly. I love me home 36 '' griddle and my 22 '' adventure ready griddle I use when I go camping. These are great spatulas and even better now!
