[ Regular holbrooks are a bit small for my large head but the XL's fit perfect, and the shallow water lens is great- really adds a lot of contrast and brightens up days with drab, flat lighting. Not so much a fan of the fake woodgrain but it does add a bit of texture so they do seem to stay put better than the standard gloss.

I found an online article comparing choices and I chose to try these due to the removable sides, the weight of the glasses, their multi- use design( water& snow sports) and mid range price point. Bought these as my daily wearable I love them so far and the Steel frame is the only way to go. I work in them and the frames don ’ t scratch at all. They ’ re the same style as the flak 2. 0 xl but the Steel Prizm Daily Polarization makes them. I ’ d recommend to anyone well worth the money. If u have flak xl then save some cash and just buy the replacement lenses.

I have always loved Oakley sunglasses based on 1/ USA product, 2/ Materials, 3/ Style, 4/ Quality, 5/ Fit, and etc. I did try out 2 best pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses before settling for this awesome pair. I am going to learn from past experience... not to leave sunglasses in the car year after year. That's how my previous Oakley sunglasses were ruined by weather elements. Bottom line is GREAT pair= GREAT purchase.

They say they have a wider fit so if you typically need wider glasses, they could be a little snug but not bad. Overall good Oakley glasses.
