This towable tube is plenty large enough for 3 but I only had 2 on it. Tows nicely and great to ride. Was pretty easy to inflate and deflate. Very happy with it and looking forward to using it again.

I kayak fish the California coast, as well as freshwater lakes, and love the 5'- 6 '' Penn Rod for Medium- Heavy use. This rod, with roller guides, is the perfect length for kayak fishing while not sacrificing any strength. The roller guides ease the effort while pulling in sheepshead, rock fish, ling cod and other ocean fish. I have 3 of these rods, which I use with my Penn Squall Levelwind 20, 30 and 50 reels.

Great rod for the money and nice looking too. Teamed it up with the PENN SQUALL SQL50 LW with 500 yards of 65 lb. Power Pro braided line. Will be getting the line wet in a few weeks on a deep drop trip. Will let you know how the rod bends after the trip!

Fishing from the dock at low tide has cost me one too many large fish. Unable to use the net because of it's short, original handle( which was and continues to be great from the boat) I bought this one. One word of caution... lift large fish with the net nearly vertical. The weight of a big fish will cause irreparable damage, otherwise.

Nice handle, BUT do not attempt to retrieve a large fish with the handle extended. Mine bent and broke under the moderate strain of a large Spanish Mackerel while extended. The manufacturer does generally warn you about weight while extended so it's best to be very cautious when using with gamefish-- I just wo n't use it extended. I did buy a replacement since I do like the overall handle, the extension is nice for retrieving hats or small items that blow off the boat and for bait fish.
