I coach a U12 Boys competitive team and selected this shirt( and the 3/4 GK pants) as our gear. The attention to detail is outstanding. Very well designed and thought out. Great pad placement, material used( mesh to air out certain areas), and it's not too bulky. It has a nice athletic fit. The GK's loved it as did the parents. It's the best combination of form and function I 've seen for a GK. Tips on fit- My GK's are average height and lean and fit for U12( i. e. they 're 11). I normally would have tried the YL. It is on back- order and they suggested an Adult Small. The fit, because of the size increase on the boys, was not compression but not too loose. It fit like a normal GK shirt with an athletic fit. The GK's liked the shirt and the fit as it was not too tight. Storelli offered the YL when it arrived but we decided to stick with the Adult Small. Bottom line is that if your GK does not want compression or if you 're questioning whether one size increase if enough move up one more as I did. Great customer service as well. And if you have n't tried the 3/4 GK pants you should. They are true to size and extremely nice!

This ups the female area very good. I play hockey, lacrosse and karate. I took a hockey stick straight to it, a lacrosse ball to it, and a front kick to it. Normally, I would fall to the ground but nope, stood there and took it. Kind of like the boys jocks, but for girls. Just be careful that it do n't pinch your stuff, I suggest a thin pad to go between it and it will add more protection.

This product meets the standards, is comfortable, and good quality. The sizing runs a little small, as i think I could have went one size up. There wasnt a sizing chart available online. The only complaint i would have is with the packaging in which it was delivered. It was just put in a cardboard box, and I would have been more pleased if it was put in aplastic bag first- or even mailed in a large, lined manila envelope. But as far as the product, we are more than pleased. My daughter often forgets shes wearing it.

I used this product extensively throughout my baseball career, both as a starting and backup catcher. Several times on low offspeed pitches or fastballs down in the zone my thumb would get jammed as I worked to frame the pitch. I tried switching gloves, working my frames differently, everything until I stumbled upon this product. The guard was definitely effective, and I got used to having it in my glove after just a few innings. What helped is that I molded it to fit with the glove as well as my thumb, so it felt like a more natural fit than me just squeezing the guard in. Worked excellent in game and during bullpens, and prevented further injury to my thumb.

Got ta buy him a new one now for 2 reasons. 1) I lost his yesterday and 2) he has grown and his thumb was beginning to get chaffed. Best money I have spent on him for catchers gear.
