I had to return product. It was ordered twice and both times the box was damaged and missing parts( pump and booklet). I reached out to BOSU and was told that Dicks has an old picture of product and some of those items no longer come with product. It was false advertising from Dicks!

I recently received my BOSU balance ball and it is awesome! It is the perfect addition to any home workout equipment because it is so versatile and can be used for a variety of work out sessions. It was shipped quickly and the quality is amazing. I think going for the BOSU rather than knock off is really worth it. These are very sturdy and will last a long time. I also really like that the little black things that stick out on the bottom are n't that big and do n't get in the way when doing push- up or squats with the ball turned over.
