Compared to other speed bags I purchased, the quality and craftsmanship is top notch. The only problem is the rubber bladder went flat in only one day. I contacted Ringside( Mfg) and was told that some bladders sitting on the shelf for long periods have resulted in wall- thinning and so they do n't hold air as designed. Ringside planned on sending me a replacement, however, I have n't seen it in 2 weeks( from date of reporting air loss). I 'm hopeful once the bladder arrives I 'll be back in business and will be glad to have purchased this bag.

I use Bob for cardio more than anything. Me and my girl beat him up everyday after work. It was a bit hard to get the body on the post but, once we got it together he held up great takes all the abuse you can throw at him and feels life like! I highly recommend it for training or cardio one of my favorite purchases for fitness!

Quality is a bit of a miss as the handle rivets doesn ’ t look like it ’s aligned right so durability may be an issue down the road but I got this for a 7 year old so it should be fine for our needs but I ’ m not convinced it would survive a hard hitting routine. Just received it today. Easy to assemble. Very solid. It moves a little bit but still gets the job done. I 've always been used to hanging bags and I do really like this for the resistance it gives. I recommend wrapping your hands and very good bag gloves because it is solid.

Much more solid than a wavemaster or a BOB, like an actually heavy bag. Wrap hands throughoughly and use 16oz gloves, weigh down completely. Excellent for power punchers and experienced boxers. It is hard with a light foam exterior, but very good.
