I use Bob for cardio more than anything. Me and my girl beat him up everyday after work. It was a bit hard to get the body on the post but, once we got it together he held up great takes all the abuse you can throw at him and feels life like! The bag is more thick and durable than I expected it to be. It ’s not as easy to bust and break like the 3 other sets I have bought from another place. The gloves that had come with the other sets I bought were barely padded. My son had adhd and this helps him to get his energy out in a good way so the bag gets used daily. The highs of the bag is super nice my son will be able to use it for a long time into his teen years for sure. I am 5 2 and I use it no problem. It is slower than a cobra bag because the spring is at the bottom, so if you want a fast bag do n't get this one. I filled the base with water and it is about 40 lbs., light enough to move but still stays in place. I do n't hit this bag that hard because that's not what it's for. If I really smack it, the base will rock. Not for heavy hitting. But it would be a good addition to your gym if you want to have different bags for different purposes.
