As other reviewers have mentioned, the armpits are intentionally large. This is an athletic cut that is supposed to be looser, sort of like a basketball jersey. I like the armhole fit bc I find the top does n't get as sweaty since the fabric is n't snug in my armpit. And it breathes better as I move around. As they say, it's a feature not a bug.
