I typically wear a 36 DD and I can wear this with no other bra and feel fully supported while lifting at the gym or wearing this to a casual scene. I think this goes without saying, but I would n't run in this without additional support. I bought this top in multiple colors and they ’ re one of my wardrobe staples. I really hope more colors come out soon. The neckline is an excellent height for me and I love that the bra is built in. The only thing I would change would be to make the bra a little more supportive for D cup ladies. I will probably need to switch out the modesty cups for something a little sturdier

I love the Becksa fabric. In PRANA tops usually wear XS in loose fitting styles and S in fitted styles. This is because I do n't like tops that are too tight around the middle. The S is a good fit and I like the style very much. The overall length and shoulder straps are a little long for my 5' 3 '' frame, but not really a fault of the design.
