I enjoyed the flight off of the driver, I need to measure to see the improvement but it looks like there is a distance improvement. The ball flight from the irons was great and the action on the green acted the manner in which I wanted it to. I read a lot of reviews about this 2026 version. I am a senior trying to reclaim some lost distance. I found one reviewer, youtube, who found 5mph increase in ball speed over the previous version with his driver. So I field tested it during a round against the new 2026 AVX. The 2026 chrome soft, for me, was consistently at least 10- 15 yards longer than the AVX. Sort of fits with that 5mph increase review. I am happy.

So many quality balls to choose from, the reasons I love Chrome Soft are the feel primarily, and I really feel it holds up with all others in terms of distance and accuracy.
