I was able to purchase the Aura Pro through their beta testing program and have been playing with it as my primary paddle for 2 months now. This thing is a truly great paddle. The power is top tier. You can definitely feel the trampoline effect when you hit this thing in the sweet spot. It also had great control for drops and dinks. Based on performance alone this paddle is top tier. I was looking for a pickleball paddle to bridge the transition from playing tennis to playing pickleball. I found the Selkirk Vanguard 2. 0 Invikta fit the bill. The dimensions provide a slightly longer and thinner playing surface which was what I wanted. The paddle is also slightly thicker than the one I was previously using. This added the weight I was looking for in a paddle. Finally, the paddle has a slightly more abrasive surface lending it to better control of shots and making allowing for more effective spin on shots when desired. All in all, this paddle delivered the characteristics I wanted. The quality, look and feel are as expected for a paddle at this cost; well done!

This paddle has great balance between power and touch. I was previously using the Premier Raw Carbon 14 and really liked that paddle. But once I started using the Hype X Pro more and more, I felt it gave me a lot more touch at the net but provided me with solid baseline power. Been playing with the Hype X for a bit now and I ’ m really liking it. The feel is super solid — nice and responsive without being too stiff. There ’s a noticeable pop that makes drives and quick shots feel really satisfying. It ’s also got a good balance — doesn ’ t feel too heavy but still gives you something behind the ball. Definitely feels like an upgrade without trying too hard. Just a good paddle that plays well.

I am relatively new to the sport — I am still expanding my knowledge on paddle tech and experimenting with the range of Onix paddles. I must say, I love playing with the Onix Hype X! In the few short lessons that I have had, this paddle has helped increase spin and control for me. It's helped make me more confident in my game. I was looking for a pickleball paddle to bridge the transition from playing tennis to playing pickleball. I found the Selkirk Vanguard 2. 0 Invikta fit the bill. The dimensions provide a slightly longer and thinner playing surface which was what I wanted. The paddle is also slightly thicker than the one I was previously using. This added the weight I was looking for in a paddle. Finally, the paddle has a slightly more abrasive surface lending it to better control of shots and making allowing for more effective spin on shots when desired. All in all, this paddle delivered the characteristics I wanted. The quality, look and feel are as expected for a paddle at this cost; well done!
