It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. And if you really want to use an app, you can use bluetooth to connect your phone or tablet. The LED control panel counts your calories, distance, pulse, and other things. It's very clear and easy to read. I would recommend it.

Being able to stream by shows on the built in screen is great when I just want to dive into a show and tune everything else out. The screen quality is top notch too. We had their professionals install and set it up on our rec room and they did a good job. We have had no issues.
