I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! It ’s got a good range of motion, so whether you ’ re tall or short, you can adjust it to fit just right. I ’ ve had no issues riding for extended periods, and the seat feels supportive without being too hard or too soft. The monitor is pretty easy to understand after reading the instructions and watching a video. _x000D_ The only complaint I have- and this seems to be universal with this type of bike- is that there's no good resistance indicator. I 'd be happy with any sort of indicator that would show how many turns or half- turns I 've made, to have a way to easily see what resistance level I 'm at. [ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras- The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality- As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.

It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. And if you really want to use an app, you can use bluetooth to connect your phone or tablet. The LED control panel counts your calories, distance, pulse, and other things. It's very clear and easy to read. I would recommend it.

We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason.
